Dividend Policy

The Company has dividend policy to make a dividend payment at a rate of not less than 40 percent of net profit based on the financial statement, net of legal reserves. However, the company may distribute dividends differently from the established policy, depending on business performance, financial status, financial liquidity, and the necessity for reinvestment in managing operations and future business expansion plans.
